8 - EXPOSURE – 15 Days Return & Exchange Policy
At EXPOSURE, we are committed to delivering premium fragrance experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Eligibility
• The product is unused and in original condition.
• The item is returned with original packaging (box, and accessories).
• The product is not damaged or tampered with.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards:
• Used or opened fragrances cannot be returned.
• Items with broken seals are not eligible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed for unused products only
• Customers may exchange for another fragrance of equal or higher value (price difference may apply)
6. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
